And here I thought today was going to be a slow news day. Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced Thursday his next destination will be Manchester United, where he will be reunited with his coach at Inter Milan, Jose Mourinho.
The move has been speculated for quite a while, basically since he announced he was leaving PSG, but Zlatan made it official Thursday on Instagram. Premier League center-backs are on notice.
Zlatan is known primarily for two things: scoring insane goals and winning the league. Manchester United hasn't been doing much of either of those things lately, even though they've won the Premier League more times (by far) than anybody else, so this would seem to be a good development for the Red Devils.
Even if they don't win the league, the fans will get to watch Zlatan do stuff like this:
Based on how his last club reacted when he left, Manchester United fans are going to enjoy this whole Zlatan thing.
