18-Year-Old Scores Long Range Golazo
Benfica's 18-year-old prodigy scored his first goal for the club and it was ridiculous.
What's better than long range goals? Long range goals by 18-year-olds, that's what. And boy did Benfica youngster, Renato Sanches score a beauty this past weekend. The lad from Lisbon's first goal was a memorable one, when he unloaded from 35 yards out, to secure Benfica's 3-0 victory over Academica De Coimbra.
Now being up 2-0 in the 85th minute gives you some room to try some crazy stuff. You combine that with being 18, and you get a recipe for disaster or greatness. Luckily, Sanches gave us the latter. It will be exciting to see where this youngsters career goes, as he has been called the next Ronaldinho.
