We have a feeling that this has been a long time coming. How many times do you think Neymar, all of the sudden, tried to mess around with a defender during practice as he does here? If we had to guess, the number would be between too many and “F*** OFF, NEYMAR!”
But, oh how sweet revenge can feel.
Neymar picked the wrong defender to mess around with at a recent Brazilian National Team practice. As he comes at Filipe Luis one time too many, Luis steals the ball from him like its his job (and it is, he’s a defender) and then the real fun begins.
Nothing quite gives the casual fan an appreciation for the skill set of a professional athlete than seeing a defender, a position which is “supposed” to have the least amount of foot skills, pull off moves like that. Luis pulled off a rainbow kick for Christ’s sake! A RAINBOW KICK! FIFA 15 got his skill move rating wrong, dead wrong.
In a vain attempt to recoup some pride, Neymar has a laugh at himself, but we all know that the damage has been done.
This is practically better than Revenge of the Nerds.
