The MLS is, in many ways, the “Average Joe” of professional soccer. It’s definitely not the Premier League, it doesn’t have one or two super teams like La Liga or the Bundesliga, but it does have some money and respectable talent. We get it. People want to feel like they are informed and up-to-date with the world around them. That is why journalism exists. The news, and the journalists that contribute to it, keep the general public “in-the-know.” It is a noble cause when you think of it in such a way. It is a public service.

There is nothing like seeing kids meet their idols. These six young goalkeepers arrived for what they thought to be an interview for a position to be goalkeeper for a soccer club. But what they ran into was one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
