MANCHESTER, England, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Manchester United poured on the misery for flagging Premier League champions Manchester City as late goals by Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo snatched an unlikely 2-1 away victory from the jaws of defeat on Sunday.

Ruben Amorim's side were heading for a third consecutive league defeat as they trailed to Josko Gvardiol's header.

We’ve watched this Emi Martínez save vs. Forest 10 times and we’re still not sure how he did it

Aston Villa will be disappointed with their 2-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Saturday, however an unbelievable Emiliano Martínez save was one big highlight they can smile about.

In the 60th minute with the score tied at 0-0 Martínez seemingly broke the laws of physics with an unreal save. Nottingham Forest’s Nicolás Domínguez thought for certain he’d scored the opening goal with a close-range header but was denied by the paw of Martínez.

McKennie came on as a substitute against City, making his first appearance for Juve since Nov. 23. The American midfielder was out due to muscle fatigue.

He marked his return to the field with a literal bang as he and fellow American Timothy Weah combined for a glorious goal in the 75th minute to double their team’s lead.

Leyton Orient, who play in League One, were seconds away from a disastrous defeat to fifth tier Oldham Athletic. In the ninth minute of stoppage time Orient trailed 1-0 and needed a miracle.

They threw everyone into the box for a set piece including Tottenham loanee goalkeeper Keeley. What happened next was truly magical.

Malik Tillman scores 30-yard laser, Ricardo Pepi nets winner in UCL thriller for PSV

This Thanksgiving PSV will be thankful for their American players as United States men’s national team stars Malik Tillman and Ricardo Pepi recorded three goals in eight minutes for a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory vs. Shakhtar Donetsk.

Tillman, who started the game, recorded a brace with goals in the 87th minute and 90th minute to bring PSV level. The 22-year-old’s first goal saw him sneak the ball across the line at the near post with goal-line technology helping determine the goal.
