After a bumpy start to the season, Real Madrid have finally begun to narrow the gap on Barcelona in La Liga. Madrid snuck away with all the points against Getafe after Cristiano Ronaldo avenged one of the worst misses of his career with an 85th minute winner.
Meanwhile, Barcelona drew away to Atletico Madrid, which in and of itself is not a terrible result, but has allowed Real Madrid to narrow the gap to four points.
As long as both Barcelona and Real Madrid keep up their good form, La Liga promises to be mighty interesting.
