El Tren just ran over Liverpool.

U.S. men's national team's Ricardo Pepi started for PSV Eindhoven in their final UEFA Champions League league phase bout against none other than tournament-leaders Liverpool, with the American striker coming up huge for the Dutch club with a crucial turnaround goal.

The 22-year-old attacker found a perfect cross to first post, slightly deflecting the ball into the back of the net to make it 3-2 and seal the Eredivisie club's victory.

Get ready to see more of Diego Luna, USMNT fans.

Watch: Mauricio Pochettino misses U.S. goal while on a suspected emergency bathroom break

United States men’s national team head coach Mauricio Pochettino will be pleased with his team’s 3-0 victory vs. Costa Rica on Wednesday. He might however be disappointed with his digestive system as he missed the USA’s second goal while back in the locker room.

We can’t confirm what he was doing not on the sidelines. Judging from his jogging form going back to the locker room, we have a pretty solid guess as to what was happening.

In the 77th minute Poch was spotted on camera doing a hasty jog to the facilities.

Three players who impressed for USMNT in ‘Camp Cupcake’ friendly vs. Venezuela

The United States men’s national team defeated Venezuela 3-1 in a friendly at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Flordia, on Saturday with several players impressing for the Stars and Stripes.

Saturday’s friendly was outside of the traditional FIFA international windows meaning big name players like Christian Pulisic, Weston McKennie and others weren’t available. Many USMNT fans dislike the annual January friendly the team does and refers to it as “Camp Cupcake.”

All players on the roster are domestic-based and play in Major League Soccer.
