Following a 0-0 draw (Barça's second in a row), it's probably fair to say the main story actually concerns those who missed the trip through injury (Ousmane Dembélé and Pedri), but three ingenious young men avoided paying a dime for the nil-nil affair by scaling a large tree.

While not offering an apology to the lads in tree for not putting on a better performance, Xavi had his reasons.
"We are used to playing without the sun and I don't want it to sound like an excuse but we are used to playing at night, it's obvious," Xavi lamented. "The state of the pitch has been detrimental. Yesterday we trained on a dry pitch... Everyone saw it today. It's very difficult to play like that, it's bad for the spectacle. The ball didn't run, it's bad even for Getafe. It's essential that it's in good condition."
Despite the draw, Barcelona maintain an 11-point lead over Real Madrid with nine matches to play. They've got a big match next Sunday against third-place Atlético Madrid at the Camp Nou.
