Chelsea and Wrexham exchanged goals and blows at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, Wednesday night in a 2-2 friendly draw. The Chelsea Wrexham fight during the game happened in the opening minutes.
Wrexham’s James McClean had a late challenge on Levi Colwill and the Chelsea 21-year-old was PISSED. Colwill immediately shoved McClean and then grabbed him by his jersey. McClean returned the favor as their teammates had to break up the skirmish.

Chelsea fielded a mix of youngsters and big names like Christopher Nkunku, Reece James and Noni Madueke who started. Wrexham, who secured promotion to League One last season, held their own against the London giants and even took the lead at one point.

Chelsea’s next friendly will be against Celtic on Saturday at Notre Dame Stadium. Wrexham will face the Vancouver Whitecaps on Saturday in Vancouver.
