Santos have won Liga MX five times, the most recent in the 2015 Clausura against Ronaldinho's Queretaro, and finished second five times.
8. Pachuca
Pachuca have won Liga MX six times, most recently the 2016 Clausura, and finished second three times.
7. Tigres
The defending champions have won Liga MX six times and finished second five times.
6. Leon
Landon Donovan's new club has won Liga MX seven times and finished second five times.
5. Pumas
Pumas have won Liga MX seven times and finished second seven times, but they haven't won the title since 2011.
4. Cruz Azul
Mexico City's other team has won Liga MX eight times and finished second 10 times, although they haven't won anything since 1997.
3. Toluca
Toluca haven't won since 2010, but they've won Liga MX 10 times and finished second six times.
2. Club America
Las Aguilas have won Liga MX 12 times and finished second nine times, and are always in the mix at the end of the season.
1. Chivas Guadalajara
Chivas Guadalajara have also won Liga MX 12 times and finished second nine times, but they get the tie-breaker because they won the league more recently than Club America.
