Fantasy Premier League Tips Week 7

Before we get into our Fantasy Premier League picks, can we all say a quick prayer for Crystal Palace? The poor eagles have yet to score this season, they just lost 5-0 to Manchester City and now they must travel to the theatre of dreams to play Manchester United. God speed, Crystal Palace.

With that said…. First up to have on your fantasy team is:

Romelu Lukaku:

Roy Hodgson is going to spend the entire week drilling Crystal Palace in the art of not getting slaughtered on their trip to Manchester, but that’s not going to stop Romelu Lukaku from getting his seventh of the campaign, a goalscoring total that Palace really might not reach this entire season.

Riyad Mahrez:

What a week for Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez. First, manager Craig Shakespeare revealed that the squad is currently calling him Tom Hanks because of the actor’s role in the movie The Terminal, a situation Mahrez himself lived on deadline day. Then Mahrez was hooked after 60 invisible minutes of work against Liverpool on Saturday.

But Leicester has shown enough going forward to think that Mahrez will get back on track when they visit Bournemouth on Saturday. They’ll have to start calling him Tom Hanks from Toy Story after this one, because the sheriff is back in town.

Joel Matip:

Liverpool simply need an answer for their defensive woes following another shaky performance las weekend. They’ve given up 11 goals this season — as much as Bournemouth in 19th. However, extra work on the training ground will be enhanced by a matchup with striker-less Newcastle United on Sunday. Nobody knows who Rafa Benitez will turn to of Joselu, Dwight Gayle or Alexander Mitrovic, but it’s clear that whoever it is, they’ll fail their manager horribly.

GTFO

Raheem Sterling:

As much as we love Pep Guardiola and Antonio Conte for their attacking philosophies, we all know there’s simply too much on the line for anything but a 0-0 result from this weekend’s marquee matchup. A draw isn’t a bad result for either side, so that’s what we’ll get. This just isn’t the match for Raheem Sterling to build on his phenomenal start to the season.

Captain

Eric Bailly:

Bailly has been a constant presence in United’s backline this season, and the Ivory Coast international will again be instrumental in the Red Devil’s victory and clean sheet over Palace this weekend. Bailly might just add his second goal of the season while he’s at it.

That is it for our Fantasy PL tips. Remember to subscribe to our channel and comment with your questions. For those getting FIFA this weekend, remember to get some air and not waste away your life in your moms basement.

Cheers
