Latest Tania Morales Skill Check Is Pure Filth

Back on November 24, 2017, Guadalajara completed a three-goal comeback in the Apertura championship to shock Pachuca in the inaugural season of Liga MX Femenil, the top-flight women’s league in Mexico. Key to Chivas’ triumph was midfield captain Tania Morales, a 31-year-old native of Guadalajara who scored five goals and two assists in the 14-match regular season to lead her club into the playoffs.

In the semifinals, Guadalajara triumphed 4-2 over Club America in the first leg of their matchup with Morales scoring a brace. Her second goal in the game gave Chivas a 3-2 advantage, and it was a savage olímpico — a goal scored straight off a corner.

In the final, Morales helped her side overcome a 2-0 first leg deficit to Pachuca to win the second leg 3-0 in front of over 32,000 spectators at the Estadio Chivas. She assisted on two of the goals with some more devilish corner delivery.

The Clausura portion of the season kicked off last weekend with the defending champions Chivas drawing 1-1 with Queretaro. We’ve got another Morales highlight from the match, this one an absurd piece of control from the Guadalajara captain.

Morales was not selected by Mexico for either the 2011 or 2015 World Cups, but she’s been included in the roster for this summer’s Central American and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla, Colombia.
