Sergio Ramos Hat Trick Gives Real Madrid 1-1 Draw Against Villarreal

Let me explain what I mean by "Sergio Ramos Hat Trick" before you guys get mad at me online. A Sergio Ramos hat trick does not occur when Sergio Ramos scores three goals. A Sergio Ramos Hat Trick occurs when Sergio Ramos concedes a penalty, gets a yellow card and scored from a set piece, creating the ultimate Sergio Ramos performance.

That's what happened against Villarreal Wednesday.

Just before halftime, Ramos completed the first two acts of his Sergio Ramos Hat Trick, denying a Villarreal shot with his arm while inside the box, earning a yellow for his trouble. Bruno dinked home the resulting penalty, and Ramos managed to get two-thirds of the way to a Sergio Ramos Hat Trick in one play. Impressive.

He finished off his Sergio Ramos Hat Trick with a headed goal from a corner kick in the 49th minute, drawing Real Madrid level, where they remained.

Villarreal never looked overmatched, and deserved a draw, and Sergio Ramos deserved his Sergio Ramos Hat Trick.
