Swedish Forward Jordan Larsson Can't Go To The Olympics Because His Dad Won't Let Him

Jordan Larsson, a 19-year-old forward for the Sweden National Team and Helsingborgs IF, will not be suiting up for Sweden in the Olympics because his father and manager at Helsingborgs, legendary Swedish striker Henrik Larsson, won't let him.

The reason is an injury crisis at the club, which needs all hands on deck, including those of the younger Larsson, who scored eight goals in 17 appearances last season.

We can only imagine how an angsty 19-year-old footballer (Not that we think Larsson is angsty. We have no proof of this. It's just many folks in his age group are in fact angsty. So we're running with it) reacted to the news that he couldn't go to the Olympics. Sort of like how other teenagers react when their parents tell them they can't g to some concert or on a road trip or something.

Jordan Larsson: "I hate you Dad! You never let me do anything fun!" (slams door of bedroom)

Henrik Larsson (speaking through door): "It's for your own good, son, and the good of the team. We just have so many injuries, we can't spare you for the Olympics."

Jordan Larsson: (muffled scream into pillow) "You're the worst! I wish I was dead!"
