242 Feet Up, This Norwegian Team Tried To Score A Goal From A Skyscraper

Think you've seen the most epic volley of all time? Well, think again because Norwegian champions Rosenborg and Scandic Norway have just released a video that should be a serious contender for the prize.

In a challenge that isn't too kind for those who are afraid of heights, the lads aimed to kick the ball from the top of the Scandic building neighboring the stadium into the penalty area for one of their comrades to volley in. We were relieved to see that the proper safety precautions were taken, with the players wearing harnesses while kicking the ball. Because otherwise, seriously, f*** that. You wouldn't get us on top of that building. We get sick just watching the view in the video. The building was 74 meters (approx. 80 yards or 242 feet) high and the distance to goal was 84 meters (approx. 92 yards or 275 feet). And to make matters worse, it was windy and cold because, you know, Norway,

We'd like to say the ambitious Norsemen got it on their first try but...they didn't. Nor did they get it on the 10th try...or the 30th. In fact, it took them 44 tries to get it right. That's OK though. We here at The18 applaud them for their effort.

Now do it with a keeper in goal. We love you Norway.
